• Admidio times out after 90 minutes of inactivity, being defined by not refreshing a page or clicking on a new one. Therefore it’s imperative to keep saving drafts of emails if you intend on working on it over the course of the day, or to have another Admidio tab open to refresh.
  • Passwords expire after six months, you will begin to get courtesy emails a few weeks in advance to remind you to reset.
  • If Admidio and Connect are down, head to the Local Groups Biz Chat group on Telegram and check if there’s a Pinned Alert in case its a planned outage, otherwise report it in here or send an email to [email protected]. The same goes for Zoho, though there shouldn’t be planned outages on our end as we don’t host the service.
